As a means to increase general wellbeing, the modalities used calm the nervous system, support the immune system, decrease inflammation, regulate the digestive system, balance hormones, stimulate blood flow and enhance athletic performance.
Birth Medicine
Birth is a sacred initiation to the innate creativity and strength of a woman’s body. Birth Medicine weaves together time honored practices, intuition, and energetic awareness for fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum care.
Death Medicine
Death is not the end, it’s a return. It is a sacred unraveling of what we’ve carried in this life. With a respect for the mystery of this transition, death medicine is rooted in the belief that death, like birth, is a rite of passage—one that deserves to be witnessed, honored, and held with grace.
